A Ticket Based Client Interaction feature, which is designed for giving =
more control to our stakeholders.

recently and could impact the existing process. We at UNIDOW capitalises =
on the ever-evolving technology whether developed internally which =
improves and make our processes stronger and robust to handle the =
business operations seamlessly for each stakeholder.

In line with =
this view, we would like to introduce our ticket-based client =
interaction feature =E2=80=93 the UNIDOW Support =
System
. This application is developed for our External =
Business or Trading Partners and Clients through which we have moved our =
prevalent email-based transactions to USS where you have a =
one-step-ahead control to your business dealings with us with greater =
transparency and monitoring. Some of the significant features of the =
UNIDOW Support System for our Business Partners are:

A comprehensive new Vendor =
Onboarding Process which allows providing all details required by UNIDOW =
in a single window. That will eliminate delay in collecting information =
or documents over email and process the new onboarding request within =
two business days or even on the same day, subject to internal =
evaluation.

Submitting Invoice on the =
USS Application. Getting your invoices and keeping a track of them is =
now more convenient. You have complete control of your invoice status by =
having a registered ticket.

Submit =
your questions with our Finance Team about the challenges you might face =
with our policies.
=
Knowledge Base is added to =
understand our Policies & Procedures, learn how to submit tickets or =
documents required to complete the ticket requirement.
=

During the =
second phase of development, we will add a Dashboard to give you =
complete control, which will allow you to see Purchase Order status, =
their availability for billing and finally their payment status with an =
overall refreshing application, interfaces with our accounting =
application i.e. UNIDOW KESys, which is currently limited to Purchase =
Order in First Phase.
